If you are new to CTI, or would like to apply to be considered for church membership, take a moment and complete the application form below to begin the process. Must be in regular attendance at CTI for 6 months in order to be considered for membership.
Membership Application Process:
1. Complete the Application Form
2. Attend the next Membership Classes (2 Classes Required)
Next Classes: Sat Sept 22nd & 29th, 9am to 2pm in the Chapel.
Upon completion of the two required Membership Classes, your application will be submitted to the church board for consideration. You will be contacted by the church office regarding final membership application approval and “Membership Sunday” details.
Applicants Transferring from an AG Church:
For those transferring from another AG Church, please complete the form below. Confirmation of Membership letter from previous church required. To be submitted with your membership application. Upload button included in form for attaching scanned copy of letter. You may also e-mail your letter to Rhonda at: email@example.com (Membership Class not required for AG Transfer.)
